Book the conversation before the place.
Childcare needs more than a calendar slot. Start with availability and fit, then complete the right registration and safeguarding steps before care begins.

Share only the basics
Square may ask for the booking contact's name, phone and email. Do not send medical or safeguarding information through an ordinary message.

Pay securely if requested
Square can take a deposit or payment online when required. In-person card-machine payments can also be arranged directly with Moosie Manor.

Wait for confirmation
A requested time or completed payment is not a guaranteed childcare place. The provider will confirm next steps, paperwork and arrangements directly.

- A few times you could talk or visit
